I can’t sign in. What should I do?
Use the application sign-in page and the account recovery options provided there. FATChat application authentication is handled through Clerk.
How do I correct a medication entry?
The application is designed to preserve medication history rather than overwrite prior dose periods. Editing tools should make corrections without silently destroying history.
How do I control Family Circle sharing?
Sharing is intended to be explicit and granular. Use the Circle permissions inside the app when that feature is available.
Can I delete or export my data?
Export and deletion are part of the product architecture. The exact self-service workflow will be documented here as it becomes available.
Are Apple Health or Health Connect live?
Do not assume an integration is live because it appears in product planning. The app’s Connections screen will be the source of truth for currently available providers.
Does FATChat send my data to an AI company?
Only if you use Future You, and only then. Insights are produced by fixed calculations over your own data with nothing sent externally. Future You transmits the photo you choose to Google’s Gemini API to generate the illustration, after stripping image metadata and with your explicit consent. No health records, name or account details are included. See the Privacy page for the full description.
Is Future You a prediction of how I will look?
No. It is a stylised illustration generated from a photo you supply and the goal weight you set. It is not a medical projection and not a guarantee of any outcome.
