I can’t sign in. What should I do?
Use the application sign-in page and the account recovery options provided there. FATChat application authentication is handled through Clerk.
How do I correct a medication entry?
The application is designed to preserve medication history rather than overwrite prior dose periods. Editing tools should make corrections without silently destroying history.
How do I control Family Circle sharing?
Sharing is intended to be explicit and granular. Use the Circle permissions inside the app when that feature is available.
Can I delete or export my data?
Export and deletion are part of the product architecture. The exact self-service workflow will be documented here as it becomes available.
Are Apple Health or Health Connect live?
Do not assume an integration is live because it appears in product planning. The app’s Connections screen will be the source of truth for currently available providers.
